Questo Comitato Regionale,
- Tenuto conto del Decreto emesso dal Consiglio dei Ministri in data 1 marzo 2020, riportato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale, relativo alle misure per il contenimento e la gestione dell’emergenza epidemiologica in corso, il quale sancisce che il Piemonte rientra tra le Regioni in cui si applicano le generiche misure adottate a livello nazionale e pertanto non è soggetto a specifici provvedimenti;
- Rilevato che il Presidente della Giunta Regionale Alberto Cirio nel Decreto n. 24 del 1 marzo 2020, ha adottato esclusivamente provvedimenti in merito alla sospensione delle attività didattiche nei giorni 2 e 3 marzo non prevedendo limitazioni allo svolgimento delle ordinarie attività sportive
DISPONE
che, non essendoci elementi ostativi, l’attività agonistica venga calendarizzata come di seguito specificato, tenuto conto che nel momento in cui gli Enti governativi competenti Stato/Regione dovessero adottare specifiche determinazioni, il Comitato Regionale provvederà a fornire puntuale informazione.
